Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds are provided by FastSite Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) for website design and maintenance services. By engaging our services, the client (“Customer”, “You”) agrees to this Refund Policy in full.

GENERAL POLICY

FastSite Solutions provides custom website design and maintenance services. Since each project is created based on client-specific requirements and resources, our services involve time, effort, and creative work.

Therefore, refunds are governed by the conditions mentioned below.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to start any project. This advance confirms the booking of the project and allocation of time and resources.

This advance payment is non-refundable once the project has been initiated, except under the cancellation terms mentioned below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a client chooses to cancel a project after making payment, the following conditions will apply:

A deduction of 10% of the total paid amount will be applied as processing, administrative, and time allocation charges.

The remaining amount will be eligible for refund only if the project work has not significantly progressed.

If substantial work has already been completed, the refund amount will be calculated based on the stage of project completion.

NO REFUND CONDITIONS

Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Once the website has been fully completed and delivered

If the project is delayed due to lack of client response or content

If the client changes requirements after development has started

If services have already been rendered or partially delivered

PROJECT DELIVERY STATUS

Once a project is marked as completed or delivered (either partially or fully), no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Delivery includes sharing website files, live deployment, or providing access to the client.

CONTENT DELAYS

Delays caused by the client in providing required content, images, approval, or feedback will not be considered valid grounds for refund.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute regarding refund, FastSite Solutions will review the project status and work completed. The final decision will be made based on fair evaluation of work done and resources utilized.

MODIFICATION OF POLICY

FastSite Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be applicable immediately.
